Woodland Park GP 2023

Woodland Park saw 1,000+ riders descended upon its grounds on November 19, 2023; it was a fantastic event that brought together cyclists and spectators alike for a day of heckling, hand-ups, and a fantastic Tandem race to end the day.

This year’s course ran counterclockwise through a dynamic course featuring a mix of wooded trails, challenging obstacles, and varying terrain allowing participants to showcase their skills or the lack thereof. The event attracted a diverse field of riders, from seasoned sandbaggers to enthusiastic hecklers, creating an electric atmosphere filled with cheers, encouragement, and if you were lucky a fireball shot.

Alki had a premium Tent spot this year with easy access to the run up and a great view of one of the trickier turns in the course.
